Partner to Scale RISC-V Ecosystem

Quintauris and Andes Technology start Partnership

Quintauris, the company founded as a single source to enable compatible RISC-V-based products, and Andes Technology, a leading provider of RISC-V processor cores, today announced a strategic partnership that marks a major advancement for the global processor industry and RISC-V ecosystem. This collaboration brings Andes’ RISC-V processor IP into the Quintauris ecosystem, a key step toward addressing some of the most pressing challenges in the open standard landscape so the industry is confident in the reliability and future integration of a leading commercial implementation.

By working together, the two companies aim to unlock mass-market adoption of RISC-V, especially in domains like automotive, industrial, and edge computing, starting from Quintauris’ automotive real-time reference architecture that will integrate the 32-bit ISO 26262 certified processor in AndesCore™. The collaboration is expected to span with the rest of the AndesCore™ processor series.

This partnership with Andes is a significant milestone in our mission to accelerate the industrialization of RISC-V said Pedro Lopez, Market Strategy Officer of Quintauris. “Together, we are helping build a more aligned ecosystem that lowers adoption barriers and creates new opportunities for vendors and end users alike.”

Through this partnership, the RISC-V ecosystem gains a pathway to increase the interoperability and viability of its technology while contributing to a more scalable and accessible open computing environment.

“At Andes, we believe the future of RISC-V depends on collaboration and ecosystem alignment,” said Dr. Charlie Su, President and CTO of Andes Technology. “We’re delighted to work with Quintauris to help realize that vision and bring the benefits of RISC-V to broader, safety-driven markets.”

The partnership reinforces both companies’ commitment to advancing RISC-V based solutions that support long-term innovation and market growth, while keeping a strong focus on functional safety, scalability, and ecosystem compatibility.
