The honor recognizes Rutronik’s rise to become the leading distributor within RAMXEED’s European sales network. Among the current highlights is the 4 Mbit QSPI FeRAM, which was developed specifically for automotive and industrial applications. Another highlight is the RAMXEED ULTIMATE Automotive & Industrial 125 °C High-Reliability FeRAM series. The devices reliably retain data for over 10 years at ambient temperatures of up to 125 °C and meet the high demands of challenging automotive and industrial applications. Developers benefit from a robust memory solution for safety-critical systems, control units and industrial automation.
