It aren't dev kits or funky gadgets, it is Rutronik!
Engineers are highly in-demand as well-qualified professionals on the German job market in many industries, so they make appropriate demands of their potential employers. In addition to salary, matters of personal welfare are also playing an increasingly important role, including the working time model, work-life balance and the innovative capacity of an enterprise.
In the “Deutschland Test” study „Top career opportunities for engineers“ by “Focus Money”, 4,200 companies in 31 industries were examined. A total of 412 companies received awards.
Rutronik was named the industry leader in the “wholesale” category, achieving a score of 100 out of 100.
“We are very proud of being recognized for top career opportunities for engineers. It shows us that we are right to have reacted to change with innovation and flexibility. Our working time model also follows this philosophy, offering our employees extensive flexibility in the interest of a healthy work-life balance. As far as the work itself is concerned, engineers at Rutronik always have their ear to the ground about the latest developments in these times where the pace of technological change is unrelenting. They already know today which innovations our customers will introduce to the market in the coming years”, says Thomas Rudel, CEO of Rutronik.
Basis for Survey
The study was conducted on the basis of a three-stage process. In addition to a questionnaire that was sent to the companies, social listening analyses from social media sources were reflected in the evaluation. These criteria were then weighted and combined to determine the total score for the company.
