The distributor Rutronik is the most attractive employer for college graduates in the “wholesale” category, according to “Deutschland Test”. With 100 out of 100 possible points, the distributor sets the standard.
Rutronik is Industry Benchmark
“We are very proud of being recognized as the top employer for college graduates,” says Thomas Rudel, CEO of Rutronik. “It shows us that we were right to adopt a strategy whereby we as a modern and innovative enterprise consistently cater to the needs of young academics. With our flat hierarchies and consistent, robust growth, we offer career starters the perfect conditions to launch their career at Rutronik.”
Basis for Survey
The study was conducted on the basis of a three-stage process. In addition to a questionnaire that was sent to the companies, the economic performance indicators of the company from 2011 to 2015 and social listening analysis based on social media sources were reflected in the evaluation. These criteria were then weighted and combined to determine the total score for the company.
