NetModule bietet Kunden, die im Industrial IoT-Markt tätig sind, mit seiner NB800 OEM-Plattform die spezifische Anpassung der Industrial-/IoT-Router an ihre Zielanwendung. Die davon abgeleiteten Geräte stellen sichere und zuverlässige Wireless-Verbindung in rauen Umgebungen bereit.

Die NB800 OEM-Plattform integriert eine 600MHz CPU, 512MB RAM, 4GB Flash und bietet dadurch noch ausreichende Rechenleistung für spezifische Anwendungen neben den standardmäßigen Gateway- und Routingfunktionen – das bedeutet Mehrwert im Vergleich zu üblichen Routerlösungen.

Bei der NB NB800 OEM-Plattform haben Kunden die Möglichkeit, aus verschiedenen Funkmodulen (LTE, WLAN, UMTS, BLE) die Kombination  zu wählen, die für ihre jeweiligen Anforderungen am besten geeignet ist. Darüber hinaus stehen mehrere Software-Plattformen zur Auswahl, Möglichkeiten zur Umgestaltung der Leiterplatte sowie verschiedene Hardware-Shields bzw. Erweiterungsboards. Derzeit sind Shields mit Dual CAN, mit seriellen Schnittstellen und Digital I/Os erhältlich, in Arbeit sind GNSS und LoRa. Auch kundenspezifische Shields lassen sich mit geringem Aufwand erzeugen.
