Three-dimensional expandability for customized adaptations
POLYRACK's Railo product family is suitable for holding PCBs, Eurocards, as well as for expansion with individual electronics or backplanes that can be inserted stably, torsion-free and screwless into the designated slots. The Railo allows a wide coverage for different applications through its robust construction, EMC preparation and flexible front design options. The three-dimensional expandability of the external dimensions allows for customized sizing to suit the individual purpose of use. The use of high-quality aluminum and stainless steel, as well as certification according to IP20 / IP30, allows the product to meets the highest quality standards and norms (EN 60715).
The basic structures of the Railo series are available in two versions:
- Platform extrusion with height H1 = 111 mm for holding a single Eurocard (100 mm)
- Platform extrusion with height H1 = 133 mm for holding a printed circuit board (122 mm)
A wide range of solutions are available for front panel design, which can also be individually designed and processed. As a result, the Railo can be fully adapted to suit the respective requirements: for example, with a front metal hood, with a combination of side panel and metal front panel (plexi version on request), with a side panel for wall mounting instead with a separate expansion plate for individual heights arrangements, or an adaptor extrusion to improve the depth by 18 mm.
