Synergies through Major Overlaps between the Two Companies
Both companies see major overlaps between Rutronik as an innovative, globally positioned distributor and Jauch as an equally innovative supplier of frequency control components and batteries.
“Rutronik completed a rigorous selection process and was ultimately chosen because our partner companies believe in innovation. We look forward to working together and are confident that our customers will benefit from this agreement,” says Christian Schwenk, President of Jauch Quartz America Inc.
“By entering into this agreement with Jauch Quartz America Inc., Rutronik has gained a strong partner in North America in the field of timing devices and battery solutions.
