Auf der PCIM präsentiert Vishay neue Bauteile aus den Bereichen ESTA Hochleistungskondensatoren, Induktivitäten und Widerstände, Keramik-, Film- und Alukondensatoren sowie MOSFETs, Dioden und Gleichrichter - Halle 9, Stand 214. Sie zielen auf den Einsatz in der Leistungselektronik, beispielsweise zur Umwandlung, Übertragung, Steuerung, ab. Zu ihren Besonderheiten zählen die hohe Zuverlässigkeit und lange Lebensdauer.
Zu den Fokusprodukten gehören ESTA Leistungskondensatoren im Rundbecher mit „ESTAspring“-Schnellanschlusstechnik mit höchster Kontaktsicherheit über die gesamte Lebensdauer. Diese verkürzt die Montagezeit um bis zu 60 Prozent und ist vollkommen wartungsfrei ohne Nachziehen von Schrauben. Der wassergekühlte Leistungswiderstand WCR bietet eine sehr hohe Leistungsaufnahme von bis zu 2500W und hohe Impulsbelastbarkeit bis zu 5000W für 10s.
Gezeigt werden auch kundenspezifische Transformatoren und Induktivitäten zur Anwendung im Hochstrom-Bereich bis zu einer Leistung von 7,5kW im Automobil- und Industriesegment. Einen Schwerpunkt legt Vishay auf das Angebot an Power-Modulen für Motor-Steuerungen und Automotive-Lösungen im Batterie-Management, sowohl On-Board wie auch Ladestationen. Verschiedene MOSFETs (u.a. 30V TrenchFET und hochleistungsfähige 80V bis 150V ThunderFET) unterstützen die Konstrukteure mit höheren Leistungsdichten und Schaltfrequenzen, besseren Wärmeeigenschaften und niedrigerer Stromaufnahme. Neu im Portfolio sind zudem die patentierten TMBS® und FRED Pt® Komponenten in verschiedenen eSMP®-Gehäusen.
